Tank has a top center mounted LIGHTNIN Series 10 mixer with a 5 HP 208-230-460 V TEFC 3 PH 865 RPM WEG electric motor.
LIGHTNIN Model 16S5 with a MFG’s Serial No: RO550933402
Connected to a 2” stainless steel shaft that has three sets of hydrofoil type mixing blades
Final output shaft speed is 118 RPM
Tank has internal baffles, a 20” side man way and measures 111” in diameter X 240” high on the shell straight side with a 14” deep conical bottom.
Outside of tank is covered with 2” of fiberglass insulation and wrapped and with corrugated sheeting.
