• 2,500 gallon stainless steel jacketed tank.
• Manufactured by Cherry Burrell with a Model: CV and a MFG’s S/N: 2500-79-2168.
• Tank measures 84” in diameter X approximately 96” high on the straight side with approximately 20” deep dished heads.
• Has a 2” stainless steel bottom outlet drain pipe; A 16” X 20” side man way; Has a top 18” man way with a 4” X 6” high vent stack in the cover.
• Top of tank also has one 6” and one 3” sanitary fittings for plumbing.
• There are seven continuous rings of 4” stainless steel channel iron jacketing.
• The side tank wall measured 0.100” thick and the bottom dish measured 0.110” thick.
• The Tank is insulated and is supported with for 4” steel pipe legs with threaded adjusters.
