• 5,000 gallon sanitary stainless steel tank.
• Manufactured by Cherry Burrell having a Model: HC and a MFG’s S/N: 5000HC58194. 
• Tank measures 96” in diameter X 180” overall in length.
• Is supported with two steel half saddles having four 3” steel pipe legs on each saddles that have threaded leveling pipe adjusters.
• These pipe levelers have different heights sloping the tank 3” to the drain fitting.
• Bottom of tank at the drain fitting is approximately 12” up from grade.
• Top of tank has a 20” man way with one 2” & one 4” sanitary fitting welded into the cover; One 3” & one 1” threaded couplings & a top center mixer mounting bracket.
• One end of the tank has a 16” X 20” man way with a swing in cover; one 2” sanitary bottom drain fitting; One 2” sanitary fitting 12” up from the bottom and two 1” threaded fittings.
