• 5,000 gallon stainless steel tank with a blown-on insulation that is approximately 4” thick.
• Measures 120” in diameter X 10’-3” high on the straight side with a 12” high conical top.
• Tank has a flat 4" slopped bottom that drains to a 2" sanitary tri clamp fitting sitting below the bottom of the tank.
• Has six rings of 6” wide stainless steel channel jacketing for cooling/heating.
• Top of tank has four lifting eyes; one 2” center sanitary fitting and one 4” X 10” high inspection pipe with cover.
• Side of tank has a 16” X 20” man way, one 2” bottom sanitary drain fitting, one 2” sanitary fitting close to the man way and one 1” threaded coupling.
• Tank does not have a manufactures data plate.
